Sam and Delta are trying to make their way to Salt Lake City. The members of their new "family" decided not to come with them.Sam and Delta are trying to get to a compound that may hold some of the secrets of the contamination and destruction. If they are able to gain access, perhaps they will be able to stop this new world madness.The men in white coats are from this compound and are not taking any chances with the environment. On the other hand, they are evil-doers!Some injuries occur as well as deaths. Also, the rescue of 20 prisoners takes place. This gives people hope which is the key for survival.Highly recommended...
2 of 2 people found the following review helpful. Pretty darn good mm hmm By Brent Tuleja Great piece of work really enjoyed it so thanks a lot Piperbrook! The different relationships,especially when they were at peril, really drove this story so I was kind of disappointed Dan & his daughter were left out when they were crucial to first book which was my favorite & where the F was the F N government? Oh yeah they were probably busy figuring out several ways to profit off of the epidemic but I digress. That biker gang part almost made up for Cromwell & co. winding up as bunch of pussy but up until the end Cromwell character was crazy as F so anyway all in all good series man keep it up!

By Mrs. Fitz Part 3 - The characters are still likeable and I enjoy getting caught up with them and seeing their story continue.I thought some of the action here was a bit more "Arnold movie" than previous books. You know, 50 guys with machine guns shooting at Arnold, who runs past them all with only a pistol and never gets hit, while he still manages to take out about 20 of the machine gun guys. Didn't like suspending my disbelief so much.That said, I'm looking forward to Part 4. Good zombie series for a good price. Check them out.
