From the Author The genesis of this book started with a friend; a friend who purchased a wrecked RYAN STM some thirty years ago and restored it to the magnificent state you see on the cover of this novel.Personally I like books that take me on a journey of discovery, geographically, emotionally and intellectually. The Ryan Saga certainly does that. Geographically the book roams through Australia, Middle Europe and Norway: Emotionally it takes you briefly back to the dark days of WW11: Intellectually it takes you on a convoluted plot - don't even try to guess the conclusion. Be like my reviewers - have a great read. And of course - if you like it - tell your friends!
About the Author Geoffrey Ashton has had a lifetime in aviation and for the last twenty years has roamed the world as a Corporate Captain. An observer of people and situations he has encapsulated much of his observations in his three thrillers. A total believer in 'freestyle writing' his novels and characters have a life of their own from the first sentence. Try to guess the conclusion, almost impossible with convoluted plots and strong characters, male and female. In each book you are seeing a years work of detail and thought. - And for you - hours of just straight entertainment.

A compelling tale that completely engulfs you By Cheryl McAlister From the war torn country of Java in WWII to the fiords in Norway at the present time, the reader is taken on a journey of suspense and intrigue.Well written and believable, this is truly another great tale from this author. Thoroughly recommend it and hard to put down.
