Warning By Amazon Customer I have to admit I am not an avid Fiction book reader... but a friend of mine encouraged me to read this book... I absolutely loved it! Warning: if you pick it up ... you won't want to put it down... each chapter makes you want to read more! The story is mixed with adventure, mystery, psychology, and a few 'steamy' scenes....Freddi Gold is an amazing writer that tells a story like you are watching it on the big screen. I look forward to the second book!

Adventure and suspense By Tormod Brekke In my opinion, what characterizes gifted authors of fiction is their ability to make the reader forget the fictitiousness of the story and lead him or her smoothly into a feeling of participation in real happenings and situations. This is a quality which Freddi Gold displays with convincing talent in Dimension Norraena – Breakthrough. The reader is taken by the hand and guided into an amazing world of thrilling adventures, where the frontier between down-to-earth reality and the supernatural is highly osmotic, with mystery and magic sifting through into the rather monotonous life of Skylar Winter, a young college instructor, turning her whole existence upside down in a turmoil of dramatic events. This is suspense literature at its peak; I found it difficult to put the book back on the shelf once I had started on it, and virtually rushed from chapter to chapter until late at night, at the expense of hard needed hours of sleep … Freddi Gold is a new acquaintance to me in literature, but the first book of her Dimension Norraena trilogy is really promising for the work as a whole. Provided that volume 2 and 3 hold the same high standards, I'm confident that a bright future lies ahead of her as an author of adventure and suspense novels.

Our heroine, Skylar, has two lovers…but maybe that's okay. Maybe. After all, the lovers are in different dimensions, so does that make it okay? Somehow it seems to be. I'm rooting for the "other" dimension, but the earth lover is pretty "hot." But then I wonder, "Is the earth lover really a bad guy? There's no indication that he is, but what if?" There are twists and turns in this book, hot sexy love-making, intrigue, unexpected events, a dog that I expect will transport at any minute, a weird, huge, dangerous cat, a language from this new dimension…you have to read this book. I couldn't put it down.
