20 of 22 people found the following review helpful. losing touch By Jim I've read all the Sean Dillon books and enjoyed them. This one suffers from poor situation development, too much jumping around, and too many killings with limited context. As with many authors he has pushed the Dillon franchise too far until it becomes rote dialogue and activity by shallow characters
13 of 13 people found the following review helpful. Generally a waste of my time By Robert G. Shillito For me, Higgins is a shadow of himself. I enjoyed so much of his early work, but he just doesn't seem to work at it anymore.Dialog is poor and the storyline is weak.
20 of 22 people found the following review helpful. Confusing story and characters By CLC It took me quite an effort just to finish this muddled book. Not only was the story virtually impossible to follow, but there must have been 50 characters, many of whom were related in some fashion. I must admit that I simply could not keep them straight.
