Super relevant discussion wrapped in a lovely story By kedar yehoshua This might be a children's book, but that doesn't stop it from being super relevant and acute to the current discussion we are all, or at least should be, having with ourselves and our culture about technology and values, about the human experience, about choice and consciousness. Having said so, it is no less than charming, beautifully illustrated and enchanting. Complex topics should definitely be part of education and of the conversation we have with our children, and indeed - complexity doesn't have to mean no fun. I enjoyed this book in so many levels, I support it and recommend it with all my heart.

Being mindful about the way I shape the values of my family is a top priority for me, and the sight of my 2 kids glued to a screen has been bothering me for a while. The only way I know to change someones mind (especially when it comes to my 2 stubborn brats) is using storytelling. I was so excited to introduce this book to my kids and open their mind to a new way of seeing the world - not through a screen, but through tangible and playful experience.TalFilmmaker
