By Adan Meditation has been a big tool for me in overcoming stress and anxiety in my life.This was the perfect book for me to buy as an introduction to meditation. I need resources like this to take myself forward in life By Justin Harding A clear, concise and effective ways to help reduce my stress and trying to feel the reality of the moment and everything that brings is what I found in this short book. As someone who has suffered from anxiety and a scattered mind, I need resources like this to take myself forward in life.Sometimes is the simplest of tasks that can brings about a change in our mindset. I hope to use this book to find that trigger and meditate regularly using all the different techniques involved. Good stuff.

I'm now starting to seek help and trying to find ways of dealing with it. After reading this book and have used many of the helpful breathing exercises and calming techniques I've noticed a change and so has people around me. Great book can't wait to share it with others.
