You will find a few editing problems but not to the point of being a problem. The characters are well written, description comes to life, the story itself is engaging. I have one complaint, and that is the ending. Although the main story ends satisfactorily, there is an ever increasing subplot that is left on a cliffhanger. I do not like it when books are written as a hook into the next book and I dropped from five stars to four because of it. I do not purchase "hooked books" so I will not be reading the next in the series unless it is offered for free or extremely reduced.By the way, if you are an avid reader like I am, there are ways to get book deals. I read between 30 and 40 books a month and have about 1500 books in my Kindle library. I give myself a $15 a month budget. Here is how I do it. $10 goes to Kindle Unlimited, their books are getting better every day and I can literally read as many as I want (these are borrowed and I can only have 10 at once). Then I get daily emails with current book deals from ebookdealsdaily, ereader news today, The Midlist, BookBub, and Early Bird Book Deals. BookBub does the best at filtering your preferences. You can look up Kindle Daily Deals and a good site to find free and discounted books is Book Gorilla. New books are discounted and free every day and many deals only last one day so get them while you can even if you don't have time to read it right away. Hope this helps you save a little cash and still be able to read to your heart's content.10/02/14 It has been brought to my attention that my review may have caused some confusion. Please be aware that the "epilogue in this book is a smooth transition into a "teaser" for the next book. Please read the comments for further clarification.

Beautiful writing that helps the reader get to know each character in the story, and therefore cheer them on as they come to decisions, inner battles, and faith. Could not put it down!
